Would receommend without hesitation!Clare, UK, 14 05 16

This was the best massage I have ever had. Masseuse was professional and incredibly knowledgable about the causes of the back pain I was experiencing due to his vast experience. Felt like I had a back transplant after the treatment. He gave me great advice also on how to eliminate future pain episodes. Would receommend without hesitation! Amazing

Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which focuses on total body health by releasing tissue tension, thus restoring balance to the musculoskeletal framework. The Osteopath uses a combination of massage, stretching and joint manipulation techniques to relieve pain by relaxing muscles, improving circulation and calming nervous system function. Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. It is can be helpful in treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages, from birth to old age. What do Osteopaths Treat? Osteopaths treat the whole person, not just the condition. Common conditions that may be helped include:Back and Neck PainMuscle strains & Joint StiffnessDisc & Sciatica ProblemsPostural ProblemsRepetitive StrainHeadaches and MigrainesJaw Pain & Teeth GrindingMusculoskeletal Pain during and after pregnancyTreatments for Children and babiesSports InjuriesWhat happens on my first consultation? The 1st session will involve a detailed case history, both of the main problem, previous injuries and general health history, followed by a careful physical examination before arriving at a treatment plan. In more complex situations, further tests may be required to gain full understanding of the problem. How long does a treatment course last? This depends on the nature and complexity of the problem. Recent issues tend to resolve fairly quickly: 1 to 3 treatments. Longer term more chronic conditions will take longer.

Feel as good as newMathew, UK, 18 07 15

I went to the Sayer clinic suffering with Coccyx pain which made sitting down very un-comfortable at at times near impossible, after a few treatments I noticed a positive difference and now having had around eight treatments I feel almost as good as new and have been able to do things I couldn't before. If you are suffering with any similar Coccyx pain I cannot recommend them highly enough, just try them, you won't regret it. I chose the clinic after doing my own internet research and finding they were recommended as being specialists in the field of Coccyx pain. From my first visit onwards they are always friendly and helpful and at all times professional.
