"He was very patient and explained the whole biodynamics of my body systems"
4.5 50Reviewed 04 Sep 2018 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Biomechanical assessment
I was recommended to see Mr Firoz at Foot Comfort Centre, Wembley. He did a detailed Gait analysis for me in order to determine whether I needed orthotics as suggested by a physiotherapist. After about 45 minutes of consultation, Mr Firoz suggested I did not require orthotics after all. He was very patient and explained the whole bio-dynamics of my body systems. He was honest and gave genuine and practical tips to manage my injuries and strengthen my muscles.

Very happy!

Treatment Received: Biomechanical assessment
Went private after I got tired of NHS sending me home. I was seen by a junior Pedorthist who then referred me to a senior. Both looked after me really well, gave me a lot of information and made me feel really comfortable about my toe infection. So far so great!

Clean and friendly.

Treatment Received: Toenail Fungus Treatment
I visited here last month with a painful ingrowing toenail. I was seen very quickly, given great advice both to alleviate my immediate situation and to help for the long term.

The team here are friendly, welcoming and no issues with my entering with my Guide Dog. Firoz performed a minor procedure on my toe which instantly relieved the pain and had me dancing out of the clinic!

Excellent. Clearly, staff training and customer service are taken seriously here.

"I now feel like this is something that will get better and not just a condition that I have to put"
5 50Reviewed 09 Jun 2018 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Biomechanical assessment
I visited Firoz about a month and can't believe the difference it has made. I had suffered from severe pain in my right foot for several months prior to this. I had seen various clinicians, including my GP, a podiatrist an a physiotherapist. The diagnosis was vague, any treatment made little difference to my foot and I was feeling generally depressed about my prognosis.

After just one visit to Firoz, all that has changed. He was able to diagnose my problem immediately. He explained in very clear detail what was happening with my foot, the best treatment to alleviate the pain and aid recovery. He also gave me a very clear idea of the length and type of recovery I could expect.

All of these factors have made a tremendous difference, not just to my foot. Although that is finally on the way to recovery but also to mental health. I now feel like this is something that will get better and not just a condition that I have to put up with.

I can't thank Firoz enough and I have absolutely no hesitation I'm recommending him.

"Will definitely go back, love the fact I can wear my trainers again without hobbling around"
5 50Reviewed 04 Jun 2018 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Biomechanical assessment
Was very nervous when entering this center. Not a fan of my feet so definitely didn't want to have them on the show. I'm also not a fan of needles and scalpels so my apprehension only grew when I learned that's how they'd remove the calluses from my toes.

Staff were very reassuring and managed to calm my thoughts and once they started, I quickly believed what they were telling me before. It was a painless experience made better by the warm and very informative people that worked there.

Will definitely go back, love the fact I can wear my trainers again without hobbling around. Was also very good value and worth every penny.

Lovely, warm, welcoming staff and the facilities were clean. Very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable prior, during and after the procedure. Will definitely be going back if need be.

I had a fantastic experience from the minute I arrived. Great staff, a great podiatrist who worked on my foot. He did a very throw examination and gave me a number of options, exactly what I needed to hear.

Highly recommended.

Treatment Received: Toenail Fungus Treatment
I was so nervous going in with my ingrown toenails but once I was there and spoke to Firoz I was relaxed, spoken to about procedures and put to ease and now realize I had no reason to be nervous. He spoke to me through everything he was doing and going to do and he was happy to answer any questions. Couldn't be any happier with the treatment I'm receiving.

Highly recommend this center they are professional, friendly and it's really clean.

Ingrown Toenail Footcare (30 mins)
There are many causes of ingrown toenails and if caught early and with the right treatment most respond very well to local treatment to clear away the nail which is digging into the skin. This can be followed by good nail cutting technique to avoid a repeat of the condition.
from £189
Ingrown Toenail Surgery (1 hour)
In some case when the condition is not responding to local treatment and where the nail is misshapen and simple procedure is all that is required to affect a permanent cure. This can be done quickly and is carried out under local anaesthetic and most people return to normal activity the following day.
from £48
Nail Bracing to correct and Ingrown Toenail (45 mins)
Recurrent ingrown toenails caused by an excessive curvature of the nail respond very well to the application of a 'nail brace'. This is a painless procedure and very similar to 'teeth braces'. The brace applies gentle tension over several weeks and months,

to correct the shape of the nail as it grows forward.
