More than happy with the results after just one treatmentMark, UK, 01 10 18

I work in Central London, so the location and flexibility of this clinic were great. I went to them to have a wart on my hand removed. They were fine, and I had no issues. More than happy with the results after just one treatment. The procedure is relatively painless. They just freeze your hand and everything is over in 10 minutes. I was offered follow-up treatment but didn’t go back. I’ll need several more sessions to get rid of the wart completely, and I don’t think it’ll still be value for money if I return.

The physiotherapist is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with herJennifer, UK, 14 10 22

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

Lucy often successfully treats injuries that have been treated unsuccessfully elsewhere. She does this by only using the most effective techniques applied in a thorough manner.  Lucy is known for her honest and comprehensive communication of diagnosis, prognosis and plan, including using video analysis. Her experience and extensive post-grad training enables her to provide fast pain relief and injury resolution to enable swift accomplishment of individual goals from being able to pick up the kids or sit in a long meeting to doing an ironman triathlon or running an ultra marathon. ‘Lucy has made a great impact on my training Ed Drake, GB Ski Team She uses hands on techniques like joint manipulation, massage, acupuncture and taping intelligently applied to release restrictive structures and mobilise stiff joints. She then uses advanced rehab skills to strengthen the muscles that are weak but most importantly get them working in the correct way to treat the cause of the problem. Her mantra is its not what you do its how you do it that counts! Lucys use of acupuncture gets glowing reports from patients with its scientifically proven effects on pain (like sciatica) and tendon problems. Three months ago I had a prolapsed disk in my neck. The pain was so acute that the doctor had put me on. After only two sessions with Lucy Macdonald, who treated me with acupuncture and massage, I was able to quit this based medication Anne Nightingale Lucy Macdonald is an expert in snowsports injuries and ski performance - see Skiing pag
