The practice has a special interest in the management and treatment of Shoulder and Knee injuries as well as chronic and acute back problems. Treatment is as individual as you and I can offer additional exercise and conditioning advice to aid recovery and help avoid future injury. Dry Needling Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, Ultra sound and Interferential Therapy (IFT / IFC) are available to complement treatment sessions. The practise is family orientated and I have clients of all ages and backgrounds as well as athletes from novices to elite level.
