I can walk more upright and feel less depressedPaul, UK, 03 07 25

I have had angling spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis for years now. I was recommended to see Steph by a friend. I was at my wits' end with pain and already on biologics and other injections, also loads of pills. Steph was very thorough and knowledgeable before starting my treatment, and she thought she could help me. I was due to go on holiday and wanted to be able to walk a bit while away, as I couldn’t stand up straight due to hip and lower back pain or walk more than a few paces. As my treatment got started, I wasn’t sure she was helping, but after a few sessions, I began to get more mobile and was in a lot less pain. She’s amazing, honestly. Wow, just to have less pain felt so, so good. I’m hoping to go at least once a week. I know I can’t be cured, but just to have some pain release was great. I can’t recommend the clinic enough; I can walk more upright and feel less depressed.
