At KM Injury Clinic we treat all types of injuries and general aches and pains which may have been caused by sports, work, an accident or general wear and tear. A full and thorough assessment is done to not only work out the best treatment for you but also to find out why this injury may have occurred.  We offer a range of treatments including Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Ultrasound, Kinesio Taping, Hot Stones and massage.  At KM injury Clinic we understand that every person has individual needs and so treatment is tailored specifically to give you the best results.  At the clinic we also have Pilates classes for beginners and intermediate levels on a Tuesday at 6.30pm, Wednesdays at 6.15pm & 7.30pm and Thursdays at 10am.  On wednesday morning at 10am we have group BAby Massage classes where new mums and dads came learn how to treat their new addition with a massage.  Having been working in this field for 10 years, as well as work experience throughout my 6 years of college (BSc Athletic Therapy &Training from DCU [2010], Dip Sports Therapy [2006]) I have gained a wealth of experience. I have worked in a clinic for 4 years and I have also worked with Shelbourne Football Club (League of Ireland), Gymnastics Ireland, FAI and Gaa. 

This Centre in South Dublin, Ireland has a team of herbalists who are dedicated to the well being of their patients. The team consists of Reflexologists, homeopaths and other natural healers. A range of massage therapies are performed at the centre including Swedish massage, healing massage, Shiatsu massage, sports injury massage, manual lymph drainage, deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, aromatherapy massage and reflexology massage. Other treatments provided at the centre include Reiki, acupuncture, acupressure, Tuina therapy, polarity therapy and Kinesiology. Courses on natural healing methods are also conducted for students.

Our treatment room is located in the peaceful Harrington Hall Hotel on Harcourt Street, conveniently located just a stroll away from the Harcourt Street Luas stop and less than a 10 minute walk from St Stephen’s Green in Dublin 2. I had always been interested in healing throughout my adult life, but was not ready to explore it until recent years. Up until 2004, I worked in a job which held little stimulation for me and I lived mainly for  weekends. When I was made redundant in 2004 , I decided to use the opportunity to finally follow my dream. I began by studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Sports Massage, because of my keen interest in football, and enjoyed the courses immensely. During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. In the recent years since I began to follow my heart, and to do what I truly loved, I have achieved more  than I had in all my years up to that point.
