Tradition Thai Massage is and ancient form of therapeutic healing. Its roots are in India where it was brought to Thailand over 2000 years ago by Ayurvedic doctors and Buddhist monks. It combines pressure, energy balancing, stretching and applied yoga exercises. Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a unique and powerful therapy. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the legs and feet through rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques. Pressure points are areas along the “energy lines” which are called “Sen Lines” in Thailand. By focusing on these Sen Lines, we work on Reflex or pressure points on the feet which correspond to various internal organs, through which life, energy, Prana, chi, or Ki flows. It is believed that blockages within the flow will result in pain, illness or disease. By working along the Sen Lines with pressure and by stretching the lines, blocked energy can be released and functions balanced. Tradition Thai Foot Massage can be effective in the relief of various dysfunctions and disease; but it is also a wonderful treatment to promote overall health and to provide a general sense of wellbeing, energy and revival.

Originating in Polynesia, Lomi Lomi massage is a complete healing system aimed at restoring balance and harmony within the body, mind and spirit. The body is detoxified as the sweeping, long arm movements transfer the lymph around the body helping to clear out congestion and toxification. Indian Head Massage is a relaxing and soothing treatment designed to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.Through use of a range of different movements, including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas, as well as gentle stimulation pressure points on the face, stress and tension will drift away!        30 min: €30  60 min: €50combined the 30 min with a 60 min massage - 90 min : €70
