Clinic center totally deserves 5 stars!! I had my hair transplantation in Turkey with Clinic Center and the whole process was great for me. The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. In addition, the aftercare service was also a point I was affected by. Even after I left Turkey to return my homeland, they wrote me to ask about how the healing process was going. I will surely recommend this place to my acquaintances.

The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

I had a hair transplant at the Clinic Center, 3000 grafts. It’s the best thing I have done and I wish I had done it many years ago. Their customer service was flawless, they were great at communicating step by step in detail. I would highly recommend them, very professional.
