It's a great clinic! They're super responsive that was one of the main reasons I went with them. They were very helpful on place and guided with empathy and were very thorough on explanation. They're ready to go the extra step and give you good service. They feel a great company that surpassed my expectations.

I was really blown away by the expertise, skills and kindness shown to me by the entire team. Dr. Carmen has done a number of grafts so far, and the technicians were also the best. I also had a translator who was with me the whole time. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Two thumbs up!

I flew from Canada to Turkey for a hair transplant and Mercure exceeded all my expectations. I was definitely nervous heading over on a 13 hour flight for the procedure, but the team did a great job reassuring me and staying connected the whole time.

Once I arrived, the translators and doctors were all extremely friendly and were very attentive to my needs. The service was exceptional, and they went out of their way many times to help me. Since the journey was so long, they even covered an extra night in the hotel for me. I definitely felt like my procedure and treatment was of the utmost priority to them.

During the process they walked me through all the steps, listened to my questions, and worked through everything with me. Post procedure they are always available on WhatsApp, and I look forward to seeing the results of the procedure and submitting another review when the time comes.
