I recommend HWT. I had my first hair transplant 1 year ago and the second one last month. The first one got really good results and the new hairline looks very natural and full. I can say that I'm really pleased with the final result and I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking to get their hair back. The staff is very friendly and professional and everything went very smoothly.

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

I’m from Germany and at first, I had booked my hair transplant with another large clinic in Turkey. But after doing some research, I realized it was more of a hair mill treating many patients per day and focusing on quantity instead of personal care. I wanted more personal and with surgeon involvement and individual attention instead of just technicians do all work. That’s when I found Mercure Istanbul Clinics, and from the beginning it already felt much personal and not commercial. They only treat a few patients per day, the surgeons themselves perform the operation, and the communication felt much more personal and professional from the very beginning. Their communication is clear, professional, and always very detailed. Every question I ask is answered patiently, and they always took their time to explain everything properly. I saw also that they only work with experienced surgeons who personally perform the operation and that they limit the number of patients per day, all together immediately gave me confidence. Once I arrived in Istanbul, Turkey, everything went exactly as explained. They send a video of the meeting point at the airport and from there tbey guide you. That moment on, I was completely taken care of transfers, hotel, and the operation day were all perfectly organized. Before the surgery, they did my blood and heart check, and then we started the procedure. The anesthesia injections were the only part that hurt a little, but only for a few minutes and they work with high pressure anesthesia which makes it a bit more comfortable. After that, the entire hair transplant was completely painless and surprisingly comfortable. I’m now on day 11, and I haven’t had any pain or discomfort at all. Just minimal swelling and almost no itching. What really stood out to me was the personal attention and the professional care from both the surgeons and the team. They follow up with me every day, check my photos, and answer all my questions quickly and in detail. You can really feel that they care about each patient and that they take pride in their work. Looking back, I’m very happy with my decision. My main concern was the scar from my decades-old FUT hair transplant. I always had to keep my hair longer to cover it, and even then, I was not fully comfortable. My consultant at Vantage recommended SMP for the scar area and also a little density work around the back and sides. I was nervous because I didn’t want anything obvious, but the result is honestly better than I expected. The scar is much harder to notice now and I can finally wear my hair shorter. The staff were friendly. The clinic was clean, and the whole process felt very safe.
