To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.
