I had Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) performed by Dr. Sema Koç, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, she took the time to explain the cause of my chronic sinus problems, reviewed my CT scan in detail, and answered every question patiently. Her professional yet caring approach immediately gave me confidence. The surgery itself was very successful. Dr. Koç used modern endoscopic techniques to restore proper sinus drainage while preserving healthy tissue as much as possible. The operation was smooth, and I experienced far less discomfort than I had expected. My breathing improved significantly, the constant facial pressure disappeared, and the frequent sinus infections that had affected my daily life became a thing of the past. The postoperative care was just as impressive. I received clear instructions about nasal irrigation, medications, and follow-up appointments. S P Care Clinic is led by Mr Davies Consultant & Gerontologist Founder & CEO, Our Microsuction ear wax removal clinics are held in Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke On Trent and Crewe, having blocked ears is an intensely unpleasant experience. It can cause hearing problems, lead to infections and sometimes make you feel dizzy. It’s not surprising that most people want to have it treated as quickly and as safely as possible. ‘Microsuction’ is the safest and most effective way to unblock your ears. Microsuction involves looking down the ear canal with a microscope, which allows us a direct view of the area being cleaned. We are then able to clean out the blockage quickly and effectively using a tiny vacuum cleaner. Once the wax has gone we are able to check your ear for any other problems. You may be asked to use olive oil spray or drops for several days beforehand. This will make the treatment easier for you. Occasionally we may need to use other instruments to remove hard wax. The technique means that we can always see what we are doing and can avoid touching the skin of the sides of the ear canal which makes the process a lot more comfortable.
