I was recommended the Toncic clinic by a friend who had her eyelids and a facelift done there. Her eyelids looked great, very natural. I had wanted mine done for years but was never sure who to trust. I live in London and I wanted the reassurance of being looked after abroad. My friend went alone and had accommodation with a nurse and meals arranged. I went with my daughter as I was having mobility issues. Well, I could not have asked for more. I booked the flights and The Toncic clinic arranged everything else. A very welcoming driver named Boris picked us up at the airport and took us to all of the appointments that week. He was only too happy to help, a lovely man. The clinic was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff, particularly Tajana spoke brilliant English, were very friendly and immediately put you at ease. Dr. Toncic was very knowledgeable and professional. I had no worries. The surgery was straight forward and I was given clear aftercare instructions. I am now 15 months on. My eyes look amazing. I look like I did years ago. Excellent value for money. First-class service from the pick-up. A great experience with fantastic results! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. Given the long UK National Health Service waiting times for treatment, and the high price of private treatment as an alternative, Carolina Medical Center offered immediate attention at a very competitive price. I was very happy with their excellent service. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!

Went for a lasik surgery and the proce is unbelievably cheaper than UK but you get superb results.

I chose Orbit Medical Centre. Having looked at lots. and reading Reviews decided to get in touch. I Was greeted with a message from (Burak) who through WhatsApp Messenger. sorted out my appointment. I booked flights and hotel myself. staying Close To the practice. I was there a little early for my appointment. But not to worry Burak was there immediately to greet me. He took me in the lift to Get my examination Done. which was very thorough. I then went in to see Dr Sitki Eren. who check my eyes for distance. I thought I would then leave and come back the following day. But No having then sign a consent Form. I was taken down for surgery. it all happened so Quickly. I now have new Lenses. and I'm very pleased I've started to see things now without glasses and contact lenses. I now it will take some time to adjust. but im so Happy. and can't Thank Dr Eser and his team. especially Burak who has gone out of his way to look after Me. even driving me back to my hotel after Surgery. I've had one aftercare check-up. I've one more left to go. and cant Be more Pleased thank you all so much. ❤️

I had ear infections for more than a week before I went to meet Dr. James. The overall process took around 10 to 15 min (max). He was very friendly and explained clearly the problem I had. I am still on medication (7 days), however, have been recovering well.

Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity. I can honestly say that I have always felt very lucky that it was Dr Lau who was next to me during this quite challenging journey which will be continued.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
