The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
I have recently completed my micro-suction course with Dr Kevin Davies. Enjoyed every minute, and gained so much knowledge, support and kindness. I would highly recommend this course.
