YPC responded to my query very quickly, they provided cost information very clearly and offered a range of appointment options. Communication was clear, concise, timely and friendly throughout. I admitted my brother- in- law Mr Annam Vasu in Bharathirajaa Hospital, G N Chetty Road, Tnagar, Chennai on 03/08/2020 in very sick condition with a breathing problem. The hospital staff are very much friendly and cooperative especially Dr.Balaji Venkatesan (Intensivist), cooperated with me very well informing me about the patient's condition regularly. He attends the phone call any time even in the midnight or early morning and answers very politely. My brother-in-law was in ICU for the first two days. Then he shifted to a normal room and discharged on 13/08/2020. Now his health is in good condition and doing all his regular activities in a normal way. Thanks to M/s Bharathirajaa Hospital who saved my brother-in-law’s life.

I walked in off the street to enquire about a yellow fever vaccine. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful.
