Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Through my martial arts training I learned tai chi and qi gong (a form of energy work and breathing exercises). I also have fitness instructors certification from WIT and work as a personal trainer and nutritionist. In practice I deal with everything from sinusitis and bad backs to infertility to IBS, depression, weight loss, fibromyalgia and many more conditions both simple and complex - working to balance the mind, body and spirit and bring the client back to health. Catherine is a Consultant Dietitian specialising in the treatment of obesity and cardio-vascular disease and has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, particularly in Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Catherine has specialised in sports nutrition and is on the panel of Sports Dietitians for the Irish Institute of Sport for elite athletes. Catherine works closely with local doctors and consultants and also provides nutrition services to schools, industry, sports teams and community groups. All clients are seen on an individual basis and prescribed a dietary plan to meet their individual requirements.

This group runs four high quality Pilates studios in Dublin, Ireland. The studios are located at Stillorgan, Rathmines, Sandymount & Leeson Street. A wide range of Pilates based services are provided by the team of trainers at both studios. They offer over 200 classes in a week. The team works with patients on a one to one basis or in a group setting according to the unique needs of each individual patient. Conditions treated include acute and chronic back pain, painful conditions caused by poor posture, headaches caused by neck tension and pre and post natal pain.
