On a chance, I rang this clinic to get a blood culture test as no other doctor could refer me. Dr. Adel Bugtur, a dermatologist, came on the phone, and I got an appointment to visit him at the polyclinic in no time. He asked me from the beginning what my problem was and how long I have been suffering "skin infections." He told me he loves a challenge, so I had blood tests/swabs taken and a nasal sample to find out what infection is causing me to have repeated sores and ulcers for the last 8 years. I felt he really cared and listened in great detail, looked at my photos from my infections. The staff, Jessica and Julia, were very nice and attentive. A fine clinic, very clean and welcoming. Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.
I went into Grace purely by chance as I saw the sign saying free consultations in the window. I had been suffering from monthly chronic UTIs for over 18 months.
