The whole experience was excellent, reception staff are very welcoming and helpful and friendly. I was seen at my appointment time and had another appointment organised as I left. I attended the Clinic at the appointed time and I was seen promptly. The Nurse was very courteous and pleasant. The procedure was explained to me as were the details of the side effects.
