Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Adult Addiction Counselling and Youth Addiction Counselling Service in Galway and online nationwide Addictions allow people a temporary dangerous escape from their problems, and can develop quickly or over time from many activities such as  alcohol, drugs, eating, gambling, shopping, sex and misuse of the internet. Helplink’s Addiction Counselling Service – a specialised, professional addiction counselling service provided by qualified, Garda vetted and fully accredited professional addiction counsellors, in a safe and caring environment; addiction counselling is also available online nationwide. FEES: If you are a Full-Time (Post Secondary) Student  (part-time counselling student), Single Parent  or Unemployed and in receipt of a social protection payment (e.g. Jobseeker’s Benefit/Allowance, Disability Benefit, Illness Benefit), one appointment costs  € 30. One standard appointment for employed people costs € 60

I have trained specifically with an approach called Gestalt adolescent psychotherapy. Adolescence can be a very difficult confusing time which can raise a lot of anxiety and stress. Exam pressure, heightened anxiety, relationship issues, personal identity can all be a confusing upsetting time. I work with the adolescent and their family to figure out the best way to support an adolescent and help the adolescent to figure out what is important to them. A family session is offered initially to help everyone understand what is happening for the adolescent.  Individual confidential work  work with the adolescent is then offered.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.
