Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Adult Addiction Counselling and Youth Addiction Counselling Service in Galway and online nationwide Addictions allow people a temporary dangerous escape from their problems, and can develop quickly or over time from many activities such as  alcohol, drugs, eating, gambling, shopping, sex and misuse of the internet. Helplink’s Addiction Counselling Service – a specialised, professional addiction counselling service provided by qualified, Garda vetted and fully accredited professional addiction counsellors, in a safe and caring environment; addiction counselling is also available online nationwide. FEES: If you are a Full-Time (Post Secondary) Student  (part-time counselling student), Single Parent  or Unemployed and in receipt of a social protection payment (e.g. Jobseeker’s Benefit/Allowance, Disability Benefit, Illness Benefit), one appointment costs  € 30. One standard appointment for employed people costs € 60

Appointments available 7 days a week & out-of-hours: Mon to Fri 9 am to 9 pm and Sat/Sun 12 to 6 pm. Online counselling available nationwide or face-to-face counselling available in Galway City.  Counselling appointments start as low as 30 euro for full-time students (part-time counselling students also), single parents, senior citizens and for people on full-time social protection payments. For employed people appointments cost: 50 euro or 45 with a GP referral (by email or letter).
