My name is Mary Dolan Watters and I gained my licentiate in Acupuncture from The College of Medical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CMATCM) in Ireland. I am a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland, members of the ACI are approved by Aviva, VHI, Laya Healthcare and HSA for Out-Patient insurance purposes. After graduating, I worked in China at the Shuguang Hospital in Shanghai, which is affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tara Canning Nutrition focuses on functional nutrition and health through diet, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and appropriate supplementation. One to one consultations are one hour duration for the first meeting and approximately 45 minutes for follow ups.We also offer full functional testing consultancy in association with Genova Diagnostics and the Fitzwilliam Cinic.Our clinic specialises in thyroid and energy function, digestive health and cholesterol heart health.Tara is also a qualified Masterchef who has designed specific classes talks and workshops in wheat,dairy and gluten free diets, healthy snacks, family nutrition,cooking without processed sugar and many more.

Michelle Reilly is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Aberdeen and a First class honours degree in Biological Sciences from NUI Maynooth. Client consultation training was completed with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) in Bray.
