On a chance, I rang this clinic to get a blood culture test as no other doctor could refer me. Dr. Adel Bugtur, a dermatologist, came on the phone, and I got an appointment to visit him at the polyclinic in no time. He asked me from the beginning what my problem was and how long I have been suffering "skin infections." He told me he loves a challenge, so I had blood tests/swabs taken and a nasal sample to find out what infection is causing me to have repeated sores and ulcers for the last 8 years. I felt he really cared and listened in great detail, looked at my photos from my infections. The staff, Jessica and Julia, were very nice and attentive. A fine clinic, very clean and welcoming. I have been attending Clifton Court Medical for many years now. I have to commend all the staff here on how professional they are. I never have a problem getting early morning appointments with doctors or for the nurses. I normally meet Pauline on reception, and she is always welcoming and very efficient on the reception desk. Very clean practice also. Dr Karen Palmer is my doctor and has always been very thorough with my medical history.
