I had queued at Lewisham Hospital for a blood test to be then told that phlebotomy was for hospital patients only, I knew that I had to book an appointment for other clinics but as I was in Lewisham I took a walk to Rushey Green popped in and spoke to a lovely phlebotomy nurse called (i hope this is correct) Horinia I explained what happened and she kindly did my blood test there and then. I was so pleased with the kind approachable lady who had lovely peoples skills and should be recognized for this. thankyou so much it was a pleasure to have met you. I myself work for the NHS so know how difficult this can be at the frontline sometimes so thank you again for the great service.

I frequently have facial aesthetics at Nottingham Regent St Clinic, I was there today. I recommend them, all the people there are so nice. Everyone is full of information whenever I ask. Vali carried out my procedure today, so quickly & fairly painlessly, she’s friendly & professional & the results are always amazing.

Dr Lennon is a wonderful GP who listens to her patients and takes a proactive, holistic approach to disease management and prevention. She has been my GP for many years and I find her to be technologically advanced, highly organised, walks her talk of self-care and most importantly is patient-focused.
