A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

Fantastic experience at Arora- she changed my life - I walked in with practically no hair and now my hair is mashallah thicker and luscious It does not end there I’ve also done skin rejuvenation and my skin was so bad I didn’t even like looking in the mirror- but now I feel amazing and my skin is glowing- I never do reviews but honestly this beautiful woman has transformed me !!! My 13 year old daughter has troublesome warts around her nail beds which I have been unable to remove with over the counter methods. The team at the clinic have been helpful from first contact. The appointment went smoothly, the environment is relaxing and the staff were kind and supportive. The electrolysis was explained thoroughly and carried out attentively, first appointment was just yesterday so hopeful of good results.
