I am so thankful to the person who recommended About Face to me. I had a prominent blemish in my face which one of the clinicians, Anne, treated with electrolysis. Anne was so helpful, friendly and professional, putting my mind at ease and talking me through the treatment. After a short 15-minute treatment, my blemish has gone! I was dreading the day I had to have two broken teeth removed (caused by playing with my dog!) but Bilal & Kate very quickly put me at ease with their warm welcome and sense of humour. The whole process was done very quickly and completely without pain - it was almost a pleasant experience!

Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
