If you need any work on your teeth -this is the place to be! A very modern area, a stunning building, very neat and organised. (We had some trouble finding the right place at Zorlu-Center on our first visit. It can be found as you are walking towards the eataly restaurant…) The team is more than flexible and understanding of any concerns. They are always ready to help while being very competent and professional at the same time. Compared to previous experiences in my own country they are very efficient and get things done in a very fast matter without lacking any quality. EVERYONE in the team is very open, friendly and exceptionally respectful. They even keep track (and are considered) of your circumstances and possible other appointments that might clash with their suggested appointments. Berkay had everything under control, organised every appointment perfectly and he kept in touch at all times. He made it very easy for us. Batu has been great in welcoming us and translating patiently with every question we had. He even is present in the treatment room if needed. Payment is required upfront. (You will be informed of every cost before the treatment - no surprises) Sedat was exceptional, he made me feel comfortable at all times during the treatments and kept me informed of every step in the procedure. He did a great job and I would see him again anytime. I am very happy with my implant and crowns, as well as the result of the bleaching treatment! I had so many reasons to come to Estenuvo! First of all, they have a great team. They have become a huge family with patients who have hair transplants here and I am very happy to be a part of this team! A great team picked me up from the airport and placed me in my hotel. After having breakfast the next day, a huge team took care of everything one by one before the operation. After my blood tests, my hair analysis and drawing were done with great food and drinks. All medications to be used after hair transplantation were explained in detail and the document was delivered in writing and sent to my phone as a document. The next day, after my hair washing was done, ozone therapy was performed. Then I had a wonderful tour of Istanbul with Estenuvo's VIP vehicle and driver and tasted Turkish food. Estenuvo provides accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days and takes care of every detail one by one. When I returned to my country, I was called by their clinic in England and they planned my follow-up treatment after hair transplantation. After the operation, my 6 sessions of treatment are carried out by a very professional team in their clinics in London. I am now in the 7th month and I already have great hair.
