After 30 years as a professor of dentistry at the Universidád Autonomous de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Dr. Zambrano has elected to practice privately.  He has taught many of the dentists in Nuevo Progreso all they know about dentistry. He brings his expertise and sense of humor and humility to the border, where he has practised since 2003.As a professor he wrote numerous papers and presented procedures at many conferences attended by dentists from all over the country.
