I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar. I went to Dr. Chio Dental Clinic and had seven teeth extracted, Torus removed, Reline top and got immediate bottom dentures for $1,455.00. I spoke with Jesus several times during the week before I got there and he was always very nice and so helpful. The dentist that I saw was Eric Lopez and he was great. Also I'm assuming she was a Dental Assistant but I'm not sure what her title was and I can't think of her name right now but she was also great.
