Dental Office Puerto Vallarta

Plaza Marina Suite G24 and G25, Marina Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, 48335
Rating from 25 Reviews We now have beautiful smilesLouise, Canada, 24 Aug 17

The dentist performed 26 crowns and 2 bridges on me, not one tooth of my mouth was left untouched. My husband had 7 crowns, one root canal and a bone transplant done for a future implant. We are very please with the results. After 3 weeks of extreme sensibility, everything is back to normal but after all, it was a big surgery. It was all worth it. We now have beautiful smiles. The dentist is professional. The staff is very friendly. The secretary speaks English and answered all our questions. Especially Jose who picked us up so many times at the hotel and was very funny and helpful. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. While waiting for the treatment, they offered us dinner and took us where we wanted to go. They understood the fear of having a treatment done in a country where you don't know the language and the rules. My husband is already thinking of doing more work. We recommend the clinic.

Dental Crowns
A natural look for broken and cracked teeth  If you want a smile of glory, you may need a crown to restore the tooth to its normal shape and size. A porcelain crown (also called embedding) covers a tooth to restore its normal shape and size, strengthening and improving the appearance of a tooth. Severe Best Teeth Stains Porcelain Veneer Veneer Application Best Treatment The advantages of crowns include: * Size, shape, texture and color can be controlled. * Return of aesthetics and function. * Can be used on damaged or broken teeth Although porcelain crowns require the reduction of more tooth structure than the veneers, so they are generally stronger than the veneers. Porcelain crowns look like natural teeth and are often stronger than the original teeth. A new crown should last six to eight years. Crowns, however, can last much longer with the application of good oral hygiene and supervision. Moreover, teeth grinding, chewing ice, biting your nails and could significantly decrease the duration of a crown. Dental Crowns  For very damaged teeth, dental crowns can be an effective option. The crown placement procedure involves the use of dental tooth-shaped cover made of metal, ceramic or porcelain to restore strength and eliminate discomfort. In addition, dental crowns can be used to anchor a dental bridge or to cap a dental implant post.Types of Dental Crowns  Dental crowns are made of metal, ceramic or porcelain fused to metal. The type of crown that is used during the procedure will depend on the individual needs and goals, as well as the recommendation of the dentist.

Rating from 14 Reviews I was very satisfied with the end results.Allan, Keremeos, BC, 07 Dec 14

Cosmetic Dentist Consultation and crowns Wasn't sure initially if I wanted to get two front crowns Dr. Sanchez as he works entirely by himself, but after checking a couple other clinics in the Puerto Vallarta area, I decided he was honest and competent. Dr. Sanchez goes out of his way to explain and answer all my questions and keeps his word on final cost. I was very satisfied with the end results.

Unident Dr.Benjamín Valle

Calle Timón # 1 Office D, Timon Street Royal Pacific Condominium, Puerto Vallarta, 48335
Rating from 39 Reviews The doctor saw me right away and was very professionalCindy, US, 19 Dec 17

Even though I am 60, I still had 2 baby molars, which were in bad shape. Dr. Benjamin saw me right away and was very professional. He did say that he doesn’t do the extraction or the implant himself, that a specialist from Guadalajara comes in for that and he will finish up himself in 3 months with abutment and crown. The surgery went well, I am healing nicely. But, one thing that bothered me was, the surgeon that came Dra Maria, spent the whole procedure talking to the assistant in Spanish. I speak mostly English. The Dra did have an issue with one tooth, involving how big the area was for the implant and the bone is extremely dense on that side. She had to do a lot of extra drilling and digging, which was fine. I just wished she would have stopped her personal conversation long enough to explain to me what was going on. It wasn’t until everything was done and I had to ask what the problem was that she finally talked to me and explained what the issue was.

International Dental Center PV

446 Lazaro Cardenas (downtown), Puerto Vallarta, 48380
Rating from 35 Reviews Best fillingsMelanie, US, 08 Mar 17

We had our teeth cleaned at this clinic and my husband has had a filling replaced. The filling was on a front tooth and I have looked several times and it is nearly impossible to see...terrific job! The cleanings are exactly as they were at home in the US only cheaper. Very thorough. my first impression of this office is that it is clean. All the dental tools were clean and sanitized and the equipment in the office was as modern as any office I have been in north of the border. Face masks were used and dental gloves. This is a very consciencious practice.

Gold Crown $500 - $700
Gold crowsThe classic metal dental crown is one made of gold, or more precisely a gold alloy. Over the decades a variety of different metal alloys have been used in making dental crowns. Some of these metals are silver in color rather than yellow like gold
Dental Crowns $440 - $550
One-Price for Porcelain over Metal Crowns including x-rays, temporaries, and build-ups if necessary. Because porcelain crowns cover your entire tooth, they often provide good solutions for severe problems i.e. a bad fracture, a large filling, a tooth that has had root canal treatment, and in situations where one or several teeth are missing. When teeth cannot be saved, dental implants and bridges are a great option to replace missing teeth. As with other techniques, crowns can correct a wide range of problems. They are durable and strong, so replacements are needed less often. The difference between crowns and laminates (or porcelain inlays) is that more tooth structure is removed. This is required to allow adequate space for the restorative material to have appropriate strength, esthetics… and healthy gum contour. The types of crowns that are commonly used are:1.Porcelain fused to metal quality. 2.Porcelain jacket crown 3.100% Porcelain and Art Glass.Porcelain
Temporary Crown $200 - $300
Temporary crownsTemporary dental crowns are usually cemented into place using "temporary" cement so they can be removed easily at the time of your next dental appointment. Because this cement is not as strong as other types of dental cement, your dentist will probably suggest to you that you take some precautions so not to dislodge your temporary crown.Resin crownsA resin crown is made from a special mixture of microscopic particles and cosmetic dental resin. The particles resemble tiny pieces of glass mixed into the resin, which is then cured to harden and strengthen the compound.Zirconia Crowns:Zirconia is the best material available for bridges and for creating a strong translucent tooth that rivals all-porcelain crowns. Zirconia crowns are significantly less expensive than all-porcelain crowns, and about the same price as gold-based metal-porcelain crowns (slightly higher than stainless steel). Also, because zirconia substrates can be milled with a laser milling machine, the substrates tend to fit better and are less labor-intensive than either a metal-procelain or all-porcelain solution, providing a superior product with a quicker turn-around at a lower cost.
