I visited the clinic in the spring for a whitening and bonding treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Although they wanted to tamper with my expectations, the end results were perfect. I plan on using their clinic for veneers in the near future. My doctor was Irene Franco, and her assistant was Claudia Alejos. They both communicated extremely well during the procedure and work in tandem very well. The receptionist (Regina) was very accommodating and attentive. All in all, a great experience.
I had been looking for a proper treatment for more than 2 years until I found this clinic / Dentist. I lost 2 of my teeth, some bone mass and my gums were retracted; results are great so far as other treatments were not as effective as this one. I widely recommend this place.
My only regret is not going sooner, I got off at the airport and Mr Luis gave me a lift to the office. Believe me when I say that they were amazing, I got six procedures done, because hey why not. Nonetheless, I was taken care of and was in good hands. Thank you all so much!!!
After a lot of research and reading reviews of Dentists in Puerto Vallarta we concluded that Dr. Hernandez was the best dentist to go to. We were very happy that we made the decision to use him for the extensive dental work that my husband needed. Dr. Hernandez is very thorough. He speaks excellent English and patiently explained all of our options and relevant pricing. He is kind, calm, and soft-spoken and my husband experienced the best, ‘pain-free’ dentistry. His office uses all the latest technology and top-quality materials. The dental work done was one third of the cost that was quoted by our Canadian orthodontist. My husband had crowns, bone grafts, posts, extractions and a partial denture made. We are VERY happy with the end result. Dr. Hernandez also provided a 3-bedroom home for us to stay in and transportation to and from all the appointments at no extra cost. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all our future dental needs.
My husband and I just returned from Vallarta and were very pleased with the services we received from Dentoamerica. From the email correspondences before our appointments, to the friendly and knowledgeable receptionists upon arrival, we felt comfortable making these appointments. Both For ‘root canals’ and then changed by two dentist's options on what my husband required. My ‘double canal - root canal’ by Dr Sarah was painless, followed by an easy filling and review with Dr Kevin. They both recognized the good work I had done in my mouth in Canada over the past ‘45 years’ and now of all dental plans, I am pleased to say I have found my new dentists, with more modern technology. Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.
