I was always explained thoroughly what the procedure takes and how we should plan for it, being that an international trip has to be made in case you need to return. Dr Aurora is great for advising and working with the schedule to accommodate any needs, like fitting my husband in at the same time to save an additional trip. Liz at the reception is extremely efficient, she answers immediately any questions I might ask on what’sApp when I am away from the clinic. Karlo is very nice and friendly and always on time.
