I had a full mouth reconstruction performed last week. The results are nothing short of miraculous. I had 12 crowns removed, a million food traps, infected root on one tooth, etc. After researching dental clinics in Mexico for months, I found one that seemed to check off all my boxes - Cancun Dental Specialists. The owner received her degree from the #1 dental school in Mexico, did two years of advanced study in restorative dentistry at the University of Michigan, was a professor to third-year dental students there, licensed in California and Michigan, and, has practised for 30 years. That got my attention. I don't take time to write reviews, but I just have to write this one based on my phenomenal experience. My U.S. dentist wanted $45,000 for an all-on-four procedure. I lost interest right away! When I decided on Cancun Dental Specialists, I went to them with the idea that I needed an all-on-four. The oral surgeon and Dr Galvadon quickly decided after looking at the Xrays that I was not a candidate for an all-on-four. They recommended a full mouth reconstruction. This meant more work and less money for them. I appreciated their honesty and ended up paying about 35% of what the procedure would have cost me in the U.S. The dentist that worked on my teeth was simply outstanding. She does 2+ full mouth reconstructions a week. She has done thousands of crowns and does incredible work. The offices were immaculate, everyone spoke good English, the chauffeurs to get you around town and to and from the airport were awesome, the lab work was quick and precise. Everything was way beyond my expectations. Cancun was safe and we had an awesome vacation, got a great smile and saved a ton of money in the process. Can't go wrong with these guys!
After doing research for a year on different dental clinics in Mexico I came across Cancun dental Design on YouTube watched a few videos read the reviews then decided to Give Dr Stevens a call he took it from there set up everything. I flew to Cancun got picked up at the airport and was brought directly to the dental office to start my procedure. I spent 14 days. The staff is very professional and supportive in every way. Frida at the front desk Amazes me how organized supportive Receptionist-she is. she’s always ten steps ahead with everything. also she called to check on me Throughout my stay at my Airbnb..the Driver Armando will make you feel comfortable and give you information on safe places you can go to have fun in Cancun he’s always on time for Appointment pickups if not he will call ahead of time and let you know he’s running late. Dr Yesenia Rosas did my bone graft/ Extractions she’s excellent she comforted me and made me feel good when I felt nervous scared she is supportive. After my first appointment of getting extractions and being sedated, I was sent back to my Airbnb with a nurse from the clinic to stay with me for a few hours just to make sure I was OK She prepare my food and gave me my medication made sure I was safe 👌🏽 I will be heading back in three months to see them for Phase 2 of my treatment. Carlos was only given a request for one appointment and had to arrange at least 2 more to complete the work once diagnosed. I was only in Puerto Morelos for 2 weeks but he managed to squeeze me in for 2 more appointments. The work on uppers and lowers was quite extensive, mainly removing and replacing old fillings and repairing decay. The price was very reasonable and Dr. Escalante was very professional and efficient. I am happy with his work and I consider him as "my dentist".
