Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Cagatay on the 15th of January and had a great experience. Arrival from the UK went smoothly, but it took me a while to find the driver at the airport as I had no internet and so couldn't contact my patient coordinator. Was then driven to the hospital for blood tests, and then taken to the hotel after that. My surgery was very early the morning after, so I was driven there, shown my room (Berfin was very welcoming) and taken for more tests and surgery prep. I then met Dr Cagatay for the first time and discussed the desired changes for my nose. Dr Cagatay was amazing and answered all my questions, as well as taking some pictures. After surgery, I was looked after by the wonderful nurses in my room and fed delicious food three times a day (I have never had food so delicious in a hospital!). I spent the night at the hospital, and then I was driven back to my hotel. While I was recovering i had some questions, and they were answered by the patient coordinator, so I could put my worries at ease. A few days later i had my follow-up appointment to remove the cast with Dr Cagatay and was very pleased with the results (although still very swollen!). Dr Cagatay gave me lots of useful post op and recovery instructions, such as retainer, massage, other medication, what to do and not to do (recorded this so i wouldn't forget important stuff!) and what to expect in terms of swelling reduction timelines, appearance, etc. The next day, I was again picked up by the driver and taken to the airport. Overall a good experience, and now I look forward to the healing and final results.

I had a rhinoplasty completed at vanity and my experience was awesome. My care coordinator, Aisha, was always available for any questions and concerns and I felt very well taken care of by her! She proactively reached out to ask if I had any questions or concerns, making sure she kept the lines of communication open. Dr Kadri Ila performed my rhinoplasty, and he was amazing! I showed him a few pics of the noses I like,d and he was perfectly able to understand the kind of nose I wanted. Not only did he understand the nose I wanted, but he also gave me my dream nose! I have gained so much confidence! Lastly, my post care coordinator, Gozel, was very attentive and helpful as well! She made sure I had everything I needed post op! If you’re going to book a procedure, do it with vanity!!

I recently had gynecomastia surgery with Vanity Clinic and wanted to share a full, honest review of my experience and why I’d absolutely recommend them.

I first contacted them through their website and within hours received a WhatsApp message from one of their care coordinators. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and got my surgery booked very quickly.

The price was extremely reasonable — I was quoted £2500 and only needed to pay £250 to secure the date. This included:

- Surgery
- 7 nights at the Mercure Hotel in Istanbul (4 star)
- 1 night in a private hospital room for recovery
- All airport, hotel and hospital transfers

When I landed in Istanbul, my driver was waiting with a Vanity sign, which made everything stress-free straight away. Because I arrived late in the evening, I was taken directly to the hotel rather than the hospital for blood tests.

The hotel was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and they have 24/7 room service, which was a lifesaver as I hadn’t eaten much that day. The room was spotless — a large bed, desk, smart TV, modern bathroom and a great view.

My care coordinator, Barfin, stayed in contact with me constantly via WhatsApp. She told me surgery would be the following day and reminded me to complete a full 8-hour fast beforehand. The next morning, my driver collected me and took me to the hospital.

At the hospital, everything was incredibly professional. Blood tests were done quickly, paperwork was straightforward, and I was shown to my private recovery room, which was perfect — clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with a smart TV (Netflix included, which helped massively).

The nurses were kind and attentive, inserted my cannula, and guided me through the preparation before I met Dr Oner.

Dr Oner was outstanding. He immediately put me at ease, explained the entire procedure in detail, answered everything calmly, and made me feel completely safe and confident going into surgery.

After the procedure, I woke up expecting severe pain, but it was honestly very mild (around 2/10). The only uncomfortable part was the drains, but those were removed not long after. The pain overall was never unbearable.

The nurses checked on me regularly throughout the night, managed my medication, and even encouraged me to take a gentle walk, which helped with my recovery.

The following morning, the hospital arranged my medications through a local pharmacy (around 800 lira, very affordable). I was then discharged and transferred back to the hotel.

Recovery at the hotel was smooth and comfortable. Over the next few days, I felt well enough to explore parts of Istanbul, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. I had my follow-up appointment the day before leaving, and the doctor gave me clear guidance for 1-month, 3-month and long-term recovery.

I’ve only just been able to see my results properly,y as I’ve been wearing the compression vest continuously since surgery, but I’m extremely happy so far. Some swelling is still present, which is completely normal and will settle as my body heals.

Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about travelling abroad for surgery, but from the moment I arrived and met the driver, through constant communication with Barfin, to the professionalism of the hospital and Dr Oner, I felt looked after every step of the way.

If you’re considering gynecomastia surgery and feeling unsure, I was exactly the same — and I’m so glad I went through with it. I would 100% recommend Vanity Clinic. I’ve always wanted to change my nose, and 3/4 months ago, I made a decision to do something about it. I’ve read so many positive things about Turkey, and I started looking for a clinic. Dr. Çağatay Öner didn’t just deliver results similar to what I hoped for with my breast augmentation and rhinoplasty—he delivered something more beautiful than my wildest dreams. Choosing Dr. Çağatay Öner was the best surgical decision I have ever made.
From the moment I walked into his office, I was met with a level of professionalism and calm, considerate warmth that immediately put me at ease. He has a rare ability to listen deeply while also being protective of long-term results. He is realistic in a way that builds trust, guiding patients toward outcomes that will remain beautiful and balanced over time.
Before surgery, I shared three reference photos for each procedure that represented my ideal vision, along with two examples of results I knew I would not be happy with. He studied these with precision and then met me somewhere far more refined, reasonable, and sustainable than my non-surgeon mind could have imagined. As someone who is admittedly idealistic about aesthetics, I was genuinely shocked to find that he outperformed me in my own pursuit of perfection.
I had fractured my nose as a small child and suspected I might have had a deviated septum, though I was never entirely sure. During surgery, Dr. Öner identified and corrected it without me ever having to ask. In addition, I had concerns about my nostrils that I wanted corrected, and he addressed them with exceptional precision. The changes are subtle but transformative—everything is now symmetrical, refined, and completely natural, without any sign of overcorrection. My nose now has proper symmetry again and looks refined yet completely natural from every angle. I can breathe better than I ever remember being able to.
My breast proportions now perfectly match my chest and overall body shape. Nothing feels exaggerated or artificial—everything feels intentional, balanced, and aligned with who I am. For the first time, how I feel on the outside finally matches who I am on the inside.
My healing process has involved a surprisingly low level of pain, which I strongly believe is due to Dr. Öner’s gentle and meticulous surgical technique. To add context, I underwent jaw liposuction, abdominal liposuction, fat transfer to the breasts, breast implants, a breast lift, and rhinoplasty—all performed in a single surgery.
The nursing staff were also exceptionally attentive during my post-operative recovery, consistently checking in on me and ensuring I was comfortable and well cared for at every stage.
Considering the extent of these procedures and the level of care involved, the total cost—approximately €7,500—felt remarkably reasonable. The value of this experience far exceeded my expectations.
I am currently eight days post-op, a stage when many people experience doubt or regret due to swelling and the unfinished nature of healing. I feel none of that. Even now, I know with complete confidence that I could not have chosen a better surgeon.

I had a beard transplant done at Vanity, and everything went really well and according to plan. Whenever I had any concern or question, I received a quick response.
