Die Klinik war sehr kompetent eingerichtet man wurde uber alles informiert die Operation wurden erklärt nach der Operation wurde ich in ein Zimmer im Krankenhaus gebracht die Versorgung war sehr gut die Krankenschwestern haben sich Zeit und Mūhe gegeben damit man sich als Patient gut aufgehoben fühlt. Nach Rūcksprache mit Herrn Doktor konnte ich mit Medikamenten zurück ins Hotel ich hatte zur jeder Zeit einen Berater den ich per WhatsApp anschreiben konnte in Deutscher Sprache nach ein paar Tagen war nach Kontrolle in der Klinik es wurde alles erklärt und die Silikonschiene entfernt Arzt war dabei und mein Berater wegen Übersetzen. Man kann dieses Krankenhaus nur weiterempfehlen Fazit Klinik modern eingerichtet Arzt sehr Kompetent Krankenschwestern und Personal sehr Freundlich Transfer hat gut geklappt Man hat sich als Patient sehr Gut aufgehoben gefühlt Hotelzimmer hātte bisschen moderner sein können das Hotel bietet nur Frühstück an aber auch da war das Personal nett

I found this clinic on the internet. I am happy I chose this one, as the staff was very responsive and clear in explaining my requests and concerns. I was totally right because, from the moment I decided to have my surgery with this clinic to the moment I returned back home (and even after), I was completely taken care of and in safe hands. I had a 3rd (and last) revision rhinoplasty + lip lift surgery procedure with the amazing, talented and kind Dr. Hakan Özocak. I was botched twice in Canada and I’m extremely happy that Dr. Özocak not only fixed my nose aesthetically but functionally as well, because I can breathe better now. He gave me the dream nose I always wanted and the reason why I wanted to get my nose done in the very first place! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, and the communication in English was easy and comprehensible! His team, nurses, the hospital and the post-operative care was top notch 10/10! I was looked after and cared for with such care and respect. Even though I travelled alone, I never felt alone. Dr. Hakan really listens to you, takes the time to understand your desires and needs. His team is always there for you if you need anything! The hospital is super clean. The hotel was gorgeous. The surgery itself was painless! It just felt like I had a cold or stuffed nose. The only discomfort I had was my rib because the doctor had to perform rib cartilage graft. But that pain was manageable! The surgery itself went smoothly. I could tell Doctor Hakan took care of my face with gentleness because I never had huge swollen eyes as big as the first two rhinoplasties I previously had with the two other doctors who botched me. The bruising under my eyes didn’t last that long. I love that Doctor Hakan asked me what my favourite song was so he could play it before I fall asleep under anaesthesia. I was not scared or nervous because the doctor and his team made me feel at ease! He held my hand and reassured me when I woke up! Then I spent the night in the hospital with an amazing nurse who was nothing but graceful, helpful and caring! I was discharged the next day. The doctor and his team saw me a few times during that same week to clean my bandages, check up on my nose, give me aftercare directions, medications and other helpful information that I needed to know to have a successful healing. They even printed out a full medical report and medical run down of what exactly was done to my nose and lip lift! So professional! The VIP transportation from airport to hotel to doctor was very worth it so I highly recommend it so you don’t have to worry about transportation scheduling! On day 4, I felt great and well rested that I was able to go do some light sightseeing in beautiful Istanbul! I am now on day 14 post op and I’m LOVING MY NEW NOSE!!! 😭🫶 the scars from the lip lift are healing surprisingly well! They gave me all the scar creams, supplements and meds needed to heal! I’m obsessed with my new nose and lip lift, I feel like a completely different person, brand new… I hated my old nose so let’s just say I’m the happiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to see the final result in a year when all the swelling goes down but so far, my nose is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you SO much Dr. Hakan Özocak! You’re out here changing lives! I highly recommend this surgeon. He is kind, speaks great English, and most importantly, he is extremely professional. I wanted fillers, and he made himself available the very same day. I have recently returned home to England following surgery performed by Dr Can in Istanbul. This was something that I had dreamt of for years! I had, embarrassingly, developed my breasts early in my teens, and look to have my breasts reduced in Turkey! I went online, but on this occasion, I thought it preferable to do my own diligent online research with a view to directly sourcing a reputable surgeon that I could personally appoint to undertake my required surgery. I performed my initial internet search using the words “best female plastic surgeons in Turkey” and immediately many Google results were showing a Dr Can in Istanbul, including her interesting social media pages. Following this, I took up more in-depth research into who she was, where the hospital and her private clinic were geographically located within the massive city, her experience to date and what patient referrals were available.Dr Can’s CV was one of the first informative documents I came upon and read with great interest, it actually answered all my important questions and I instantly realised that I’d found a diamond! Within hours, I contacted Dr Can via WhatsApp (which I found on her brilliant Instagram) and she arranged a video call with me so that she could fully appraise the undertaking, ask me questions, answer any of my mine, and, of course explain to me, in fine detail, everything that was involved in such an operation- including how she would best approach it, what I should do in preparation over the coming months, how long I should stay for and really all that I could expect from her in relation to what I wanted to achieve which was normal sized breasts. Shortly afterwards, Dr Can supplied me with a price for the surgery and a stay in the hospital. In addition, and on my request, she also gave me a suggested hotel and a Private Car Chauffeur Service contact that could collect me from the airport and take on any of the other trips I would need to do whilst I was in Istanbul. It was all exactly what I was looking for and I agreed to book. I think it is worth mentioning here that there was truly no pressure put on me by Dr Can to choose her and pay, quite the opposite.She was direct without being intrusive, very professional and simply presented the facts it was left to me to decide whether to book or not. All I will say about the invoice is that it was a snip,compared to the same operation in England! We agreed a provisional date for the surgery and I paid a small deposit to confirm this. And then I booked my flights and my own hotel,I took up the Chauffeur Service as I thought it would be useful,I was able to fully confirm the surgery date with the flights booked. It was six months from booking to arriving in Istanbul airport where we were picked up and taken to the hotel. The next morning, we were again collected by a driver and taken to the hospital for EcG and blood tests there was a young male there on behalf of Dr Can there who could speak English and translate on my behalf,it was quite straightforward and I was out of there within an hour.I spent the rest of the day shopping. Early the following morning our driver took me to the hospital where I was taken to my room and given hospital clothes etc. Shortly afterwards Dr Can arrived with and personally introduced herself,she looks so young and pretty that you would never imagine that she is a top plastic surgeon when you first see her. Speaking in very good English she eased my obvious anxiety and proceeded to draw the lines on my breasts and body that she would be cutting into in a very short space of time. On leaving, she said she would see me in the Operating Theatre and “everything would be good”I had no pain At all. All the staff at hospital were lovely. Dr Can Zeliha Gül is a beautiful young fantastic surgeon.
