I am happy with the results of the surgery for gynecomastia. This is why I still give 4 stars. Their pricing is pretty competitive compared to other options too. That being said, I have feedback. I had some complications with the medical vest, where I was suffering from a rash (not their fault) but at first, communication on trying to figure out how to remedy this wasn't great. I was suffering while waiting to hear back from the surgeon (who asked me to message him on Instagram if any issues arise) where I had to take matters into my own hands and go to a pharmacy instead. I imagine this is because their doctors are so busy they can't always get back to their patients in a timely manner. This leads me to my main critique of Vanity: Communication. It is very often last, where you are constantly wondering when you are being picked up, when your appointment is, pick up times also change with very short notice (three separate times I was told one day/time, and then it changed to something else), which makes it difficult to plan your day. I would have liked for more of the communication to be proactive, without me having to contact the people assigned to me (Mohi and Güven), asking when things are happening. The surgeon would also give me different information from what the representatives said, which left me never knowing quite what to believe. When I arrived in Istanbul, it was a Sunday and I was never told I was getting picked up from the airport. They actually made it seem like it wasn't happening because, indeed, it was a Sunday. Don't get me wrong, it was nice that they took me to my hotel that day but I didn't find this out until after my flight had arrived, which left me stunned as I was in the middle of looking at alternative ways to get to my hotel, only to receive a sudden call saying that a driver was waiting for me. No one told me that would be happening. Not a bad experience overall, as everyone was very kind and the surgery itself was successful; it just felt a bit disorganised. The big takeaway here for management is to create the schedules farther in advance and have your representatives tell patients more than 24 hours in advance of what their accurate appointment times are.

I have so many good things to say about Dr. Can Zeliha Gul but none describes well enough the amazing experience I had with her, the clinic and the surgery process. The doctor understood so well my expectations and my requests and for that, I will be always grateful because I am more than happy with my chest. If it was to go back in time, I would definitely choose Dr. Can Zeliha Gul with no hesitation. Such a kind, compressive and talented doctor. I recommend her and the clinic undoubtedly.

I went to Centrumedica for breast augmentation as well as vaser liposuction. All l can say is my surgeon was very nice and professional. He listened to all my wishes. Everything went quickly and without any complications. The nurses at the hospital were also very personable and that made me also feel very comfortable during my stay. So far I am very satisfied with the results, it turned out better than I had wished.

I always hated my nose BCS of how it is, and when I was doing my research I found Clinic Wise and Doctor Hakan. I directly texted them on Instagram, the reply was very quick, my patient coordinator was so nice. Before and after surgery, the doctor was so careful and he totallllllly changed me. I am now 1 month post-op and I am already in love with my nose, I didn’t know my face was this beautiful. Thank you, Dr Hakan and all the team of Clinic Wise!!!!
