I can not fault my experience with Dr Ihsan Turkmen. From the consultation to the cast removal day. He was able to look at my desired pictures and match them to what he did perfectly. Even though I only took my cast off yesterday and have swelling, I love my results and have the side profile I have wanted for so long. Him and his whole team were lovely and spoke such good English which really helped throughout the process. Melisa was my coordinator and she was amazing as well. So sweet and kind and always replied to my messages, even on Sundays. She was quick to arrange a hotel for us and always made me feel secure throughout the recovery process and I knew I could ask her anything. I would highly recommend this clinic as it was such an easy experience for me. If I need anything else done in the future it will be the first place I will go. Very satisfied and happy patient.
