I recently had several procedures with Dr. Atsal and his team and I could not be more pleased, both with my results and with the service and experience. From first contact, Sia, my patient coordinator was extremely responsive and thorough when answering any of my questions. He continued to be as supportive before, during and after my procedure. I felt like I had the chance to talk about exactly what my desired results were and his conversation in return was very detailed in what I could expect and in confirming he understood what I was looking for. After the procedure I was very stressed as with any procedure there can be lots of swelling and your features can appear distorted. Dr. Atsal and his team never got frustrated with me and were very reassuring, kind and patient. Dr.Atsal told me the swelling would continue to go down and to send him photos every 3 days with my progress. I didn’t end up having to do that as by the time I landed back in Canada the swelling continued to subside and I could tell how amazing of a job he had done already. I had a very difficult rhinoplasty for him to complete and I am blown away at what he was able to do. On top of that my initial Rhinoplasty had caused me breathing issues and I could not breathe at all out of one nostril. Dr. Atsal not only made My nose look amazing but I can finally breath again. I already have one of my friends who booked with him immediately after seeing my results because she was so impressed. The team has continued to check in on me since I have returned home and if I ever get anything else done, I will be going to Dr. Atsal.
