I am writing a review so that others may benefit from learning further about my septo-rhinoplasty experience organised and orchestrated by Dr Andaç Aykan and his team. I am from the UK originally but lived in Turkey for nine years previously. I was fully aware of the scale of the health tourism sector, but did not know where to start looking when considering surgery options in Istanbul. Having exhausted UK package possibilities (I did not feel comfortable knowing that some surgeons are performing multiple surgeries in a day, the incessant ‘special offers,’ and the mixed results.) By word of mouth and recommendation I heard of Dr. Aykan, having had several previous in-person consultations. In my case I was not looking for a drastic change in my appearance and my main aim was to find a surgeon able to proceed without artistic license! Keeping in mind, I am a person who does not like change and whom struggles even with hairstyle differences. The combined recommendation, reviews, clinic, technology, Doctor and team made my decision very easy. Where other Doctors had sketched or tried to explain expected changes to my nose incoherently, Dr Aykan used 3D vectra imaging to portray an expected result, using the angles of my face to develop a nose with the best fit for my face and other features. Furthermore, after assessing my nose internally (whilst showing me onscreen) he provided a ready printed document and was able to illustrate how my septum deviated and necessary structural changes to allow me to breathe more freely. Dr Aykan speaks perfect English and was able to articulate and address all of my concerns - of which I had a list of questions to resolve. I had not anticipated my peak in anxiety the day before and day of the surgery and I felt that this was completely understood and acknowledged. I felt that Dr Aykan offset my anxiety and nerves through his calm, steadfast and intellectual demeanour. Overall I can say instinctively that I felt that Dr. Aykan would not do me a disservice and I felt throughout the process that I was able to trust fully in the Doctor to achieve the result I had requested. When I had any doubts in the months before the surgery, I always returned to the position that, ‘this is the surgeon who can execute the optimal result.’ On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly and I woke up to the sound of Şevval’s voice (the Dr’s Assistant), who expressed that everything had gone well. I later saw the Doctor in the hospital room and was able to share that my breathing was much improved, even as of Day 1! The hospital room itself was really lovely and my boyfriend was able to stay next to me on a fold out sofa. The nurses were incredible and throughout the night attentively put ice on my eyes every one hour. I was not able to express my immense gratitude easily after the surgery but they really impressed me and made a huge difference to the overall experience and in my speedy recovery - whereby I happened to have a deficit of bruising and only a minimal 3 days of discomfort. Fast forward to the result and I could not be happier. Leaving the clinic I have already fully accepted my new nose and can really see how it has enhanced my appearance. I am also benefiting from the real results of the septoplasty, in every breath I take. I am excited to see the results transform and become even more outstanding in the upcoming few months, once swelling reduces. I am looking forward to future engagements when photos will showcase the true artistry of Dr Aykan and when my confidence will be boosted by this stunning, understated and natural minor modification to my look. I was checking about cosmetic surgery online after deciding to get my operation done. I did talk with few clinics and never felt 100% confident with them after that one friend of mine recommended me Clinic Excellent. She already had an operation with them and her results were remarkable so it was so easy to convince myself since I see a great proof of their work. Moreover, since I know that my friend is recommending clinic excellent, I made up my mind and had my surgery with them. They did picked me up with a Mercedes from the airport and I arrived my hotel room quickly. On the operation day starting from covid test they make many blood tests, chest x-ray, EKG etc. Then doctor came to my hospital room and we had a consultation. I did ask my questions and showed my wish pictures afterwards they started the operation. Once I discharged from the hotel they did pick me up and we went to hotel. Their nurse came to hotel with my medications explained how to use them and gave me instructions to sleep, since I had tummy tuck with BBL I was worried about how to sleep without damaging the outcome but that was just me worrying about small thing. I received my massages from the nurses and definitely helped to protect my shape. To be honest massage is a bit painful but once the massage is over you feel like a butterfly, relieved from pain with lighter body feeling. After a week I was feeling very healthy and started to see the places nearby. Istanbul has tons of shopping malls, street food and nice tourist attractions to see. Compared to my country the weather was way better in there so I went out to wonder around. During the recovery phase they were always ready to help and trust me people knowing that someone can help you when you need them was the best feeling made me relax and increased my motivation a lot. The care, team, doctor, driver, nurses, coordinators, hospital staff and the hotel was GREAT. The whole team put a great effort to make me feel home and I will always appreciate everything that they done for me.

Went from United Kingdom to Turkey for a tummy tuck. I was a bit scared of going there but oh my days I never regret going to see the right Dr Mehmet his hands are magical-tummy tuck spot on. Tummy as flat as ever after three children. Hospital environment extremely clean, nurses super good. If u looking for any plastic surgery I do recommend him 1 million times to you without a doubt. Remember you are in a safe hand when he performs your surgery because he is very experienced thanks Dr for giving me my dream tummy.
