I’m so pleased with my results and now no longer hate having photos taken I will happily show off my new nose and I couldn’t be happier. From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.

I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.
