I previously wrote a review both before and shortly after my surgery, at which time I was very happy with the experience. Overall, I am generally pleased with the work that was carried out. However, there are some areas that I had paid for that appear not to have been treated. I first raised this concern in December 2025. Since then, I have been informed that the surgeon who performed my procedure has now left the clinic and that the work completed was what could be done at the time. From my perspective, it is still clearly visible that my lower back was not treated. I asked for a call to discuss this further, but I have not received one. The response I have received so far has been that the surgeon completed what was possible during the procedure. I was then provided with a quotation for additional surgery to address the remaining area, which was higher than quotes I have received from other companies. This situation has been very disappointing for me, particularly as I had already raised the concern some time ago and was hoping for a clearer resolution. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering treatment to ensure that the specific areas to be treated are clearly discussed and confirmed beforehand
