I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care.
