The whole experience from the time they picked me up from the airport, to the hotel, to my appointments all the way until I left the clinic was organised. I never have had such an amazing experience. The coordinator was sending me messages and following up with me with all the details. The staff are super nice. Amazing people with a big heart. The surgeon's staff was amazing. They made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. The rooms are super clean. Even in the middle of night, someone is cleaning the whole area. They nurses are beautiful, kind and experienced. Overall this was 1000 times more than what I was expecting.

I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre a week ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. The taxi drivers were very thoughtful and the hotel was superb. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.

My Surgeon was experienced and skilled as I had minimal pain on my first 3 days of recovery. Nurses and the rest of the staff looked after me and the recovery process was easy. I highly recommend staying in one of the highly facilitated rooms in the Hospital, as it makes the whole recovery process painless. On my 7th day of recovery, I stopped taking any painkillers: I have had the best experience ever at Buyuk Anadolu Hospital.
