We had a facelift, neck lift and eyes upper and lower. The hospital was clean and the staff were competent. The nursing staff had very basic English but we all got on fine with Google Translate. In addition, the clinic staff were always available and had excellent English. The Surgeon spoke excellent English so we were able to have a thorough discussion about the surgery, any concerns and aftercare. The Surgeon was kind and caring and came to see me twice a day after the operation. Transport between the airport, hotel and hospital was very good despite the initial meet and greet when there was confusion as to where they would meet us off the plane. To clarify this. My biggest complaint relates to the transport it was always late and when you have to get back to the airport and have your stitches/wounds cleaned etc and you are still waiting at your hotel then it is a big problem. Times were agreed upon for pick up but they were always late and I needed to chase the clinical team many times about this. The chosen hotel Elite Grand was very comfortable. Although not a huge amount around the hotel. The surgery progressed well and early indications show promising results although, of course, I cannot give a final comment on the effects at this stage. I felt safe throughout the procedure and would highly recommend this clinic. Please be reassured that you are in safe hands My partner could stay at the hospital with me 24/7 which was reassuring and the hospital provided meals for both of us. Around the hospital, there are little supermarkets and a little shopping centre with nice restaurants and a Burger King. So the five stars are for the surgery but I would give one star for the logistics/transport etc

Full Experience My rhinoplasty journey with Vanity Aesthetics was honestly amazing from beginning to end. Every part of the process was smooth and organised, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I was really impressed by how well everything was managed and how well I was looked after the entire time I was there. She was always quick to reply, gave detailed answers to every question, and really helped ease my anxiety. Her kindness and support made such a difference. Even though we only met briefly after surgery, she still made time to come and check on me personally, which meant so much. She’s honestly one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever come across. The only thing I’d wish for is that she takes more time for herself — she clearly gives so much of her time and care to others. Dr Kadri Ila Dr Kadri Ila is a true expert. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel calm and informed before surgery. The results speak for themselves — I still can’t believe how natural and refined my new nose looks. He’s not only incredibly talented but also warm and down-to-earth, and I felt totally confident going into surgery with him as my doctor. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about him — he’s fantastic. Guven I met Guven on the day of surgery, and he looked after me after the operation. He made a great impression in person — very calm, friendly, and professional. He helped translate and explained everything clearly at the hospital. The only bit of feedback I would give is that I felt a little bit rushed to leave a review too soon, especially just a couple of days after the surgery when I was still recovering. A few of the online responses were slower or quite short, but I understand he was probably really busy with other patients too. Overall though, he was helpful and kind. Final Thoughts Even though I didn’t catch the names of everyone who helped me, every member of staff I met was genuinely lovely. It’s hard to believe that just a week ago I was in a different country having surgery, and now I’m back home feeling so happy with the results. The whole experience was better than I ever expected, and I’m so grateful to the team at Vanity for making it such a positive and life-changing trip.

Dr Ozge and team were amazing. A disciplined and sincere approach was the key for my decision. My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. I recommend him for the people who are looking for a decent surgeon who knows what he is doing in the most possible realistic way.
