From the moment I first made contact with Miss İman Ali through WhatsApp recommended by a friend, the whole process was straight forward and easy. I arrived at Istanbul airport and had received clear instructions of where to go to be collected by the driver and taken to the hotel. I was greeted the next morning by my translator at the hotel reception who took me to the clinic, he explained everything clearly and talked me through the process. The doctors and staff at the clinic were also really great and made sure that I was always comfortable through the entire time I was having the procedure done. The after care has also been excellent. Miss İman Ali has been in regular contact checking out that I am doing ok and everything is going good. Overall I’ve had a great experience at Golden Med Hair from start to finish and think it has been excellent value for money.
