My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. Vanity cosmetic clinic has been a great experience! I went for full face and neck lift, what an amazing staff! First, a huge thank you to Onur, the customer service representative, did an amazing job, booking me in, keeping updated showing he cares! Then, a million thanks to Dr Giray!!!!! What an amazing job he has done!!! I am soooo happy! doctor Giray had taken a great care of me, after the surgery until my last day at the clinic. And last but not least, Mr Berk, patient coordinator! Thank you so much for being a bridge between me and the doctor, for organising all transfers needed- all were done on time and very professionally! I had a breast reduction at Clinic Center 2 months ago. The experience was beyond my expectations. The doctor was fantastic he made several drawings on my breasts and explained the ideal result well. He put me at ease. The hotel was good, the hospital was very organized. The nurses and staff were always actively helping. To tell the truth, I was too worried about the surgery in a foreign country but this was one of the best decisions I made since. I have now really good results as I imagined and yet followed up by the aftercare team plus I feel much comfortable now with my new size and shape breasts. So all is great and I am so happy. Dr. Cinik Plastic Surgery team is an amazing team. I came all the way from California to have a full liposuction. The whole experience from the time they picked me up from the airport, to the hotel, to my appointments all the way until I left the clinic was organised. I never have had such an amazing experience. The coordinator was sending me messages and following up with me with all the details. The staff are super nice. Amazing people with a big heart. The surgeon's staff was amazing. They made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. The rooms are super clean. Even in the middle of night, someone is cleaning the whole area. They nurses are beautiful, kind and experienced. Overall this was 1000 times more than what I was expecting.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I liaised with Kara from start to finish she was fantastic and super helpful. Recommend Dr Burak, he has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease immediately.
