I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

It was the first time I visited Cevre Hospital. Let's start from the beginning: The booking for the appointment was so smooth and professional. They sent me all necessary information through WhatsApp (prices, location, and even the consent). They were so flexible and lovely. When I reached the clinic I felt the good vibes. The music, ambience, smell, and decoration are relaxing. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They all speak English which is a plus. Dr. Ali cem is so lovely and caring. He described everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Later on I met the other doctor who was extremely friendly and relaxing. I loved their cooperation which added much positive energy. I really want to thank them all for making my experience so positive. Looking forward to see the amazing results soon. I highly recommend them and would come back for any other aesthetic services

What can I say from first contact with Sue till flying home tomorrow an excellent experience. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable caring fun and great at their job. I'm so happy with my new boobs my surgeon was fantastic knew just what I wanted. My hotel wow beautiful.well decorated spotless and lovely staff so close to everywhere. I had my ethnic rhinoplasty with Surgero. They explained to me all the processes that they will take cartilage etc. I was a bit nervous when I started my research about the surgery but after I met my coordinator Zuhal, everything became so easy. They even checked on me after 2 months. It’s not a company, it’s like you have friends over in Istanbul that known you for decades! So grateful and god bless you all beautiful people.

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I am absolutely blown away by my transformation and I have definitely got my confidence back so thank you onep for giving me my life back. So so happy.

I had a rhinoplasty and an eyelift I was very comfortable travelling from the UK First time having felt a bit anxious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My nose is a lot better now and my breathing issues are fixed. Didn’t feel any pain. I was comfortable in my hotel room.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
