yes It’s now 3 weeks ago that I was in Istanbul for Hair Transplantation at IHT Health Tourism Cooperation Company. As you probably know, 3 weeks after the operation, it’s too early to assess the result of the HT. But let me say a few words about my time in Istanbul. Please note that I am the kind of person generally expecting the worst. But these have not been realized at all. Melisa did a wonderful job in organizing my stay, was available 24 hours/day. Airport transfer was ready to bring me to the Asia City Hotel. Well, it took me 2 hours because of rush-hour and having picked the wrong airport, which was Atatürk (you better land at Sabiha Gökcen). Asia City Hotel is a nice and comfortable 4* Hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet in the heart of the Asian part of Istanbul, just 400 meters away from IHT Clinic. IHT Clinic is a brand new built clinic with nice equipment in all rooms. The operations team was Dr. Behan Ozkesen, who did the planning, Dr Muhammed who was head of the operations team and four nurses. I was told that about 3500 Grafts had to be transplanted. Even it was a 6-7 hours operation; Dr. Muhammed was almost constantly available in the operations room. For the 4 nurses; I can tell you; this was “hard work” for them to be done. But they did it excellent with a permanent smile on their face. Please let me mention that I haven’t felt any pain; not during operation and not the nights or the days after. There was swelling in my face from day three until day five and reddening of the scalp for three weeks. On the whole and to the present day, I can recommend IHT Clinic unreservedly. I will finalize this review in about 9 months when the result of the HT can be seen 100%.

The day I met Sam Cinkar at the clinic in Edgebaston birmingham for a free consultation it was at that point that sam explained everything in detail e.g before and after care,about the surgery,how I will get there basically everything I needed to know, I was really pleased with how he made me feel at ease about the transplant as I kept worrying about everything, sam and his staff were really polite and helped me with booking the tickets, hotel etc. Sam recommended we should stay a few extra nights as a family which I don't regret as I enjoyed the holiday and everything in Istanbul. Sam sorted the taxi to pick us up from the airport and drop us to our hotel on the day of surgery and after on our return home to Birmingham. I am so happy I went ahead as I cant wait now to see the end results, I put all my trust in sam and what he said was true. The docter was really understanding and made me feel really comfortable. I cant thank sam enough for everything he helped me with and the outstanding service provided. I would definately recommend estee world to anyone thinking about doing surgery. Outstanding service and keep up the GOOD work. Thank you for everything sam.
