Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

I have been going to hemel cosmetic clinic for years now. I have procedures done here and I have to say I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Kevin! He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and does an amazing job! All my lines and wrinkles have gone. I would recommend using Hemel cosmetics and have Kevin do your procedures if you want the job done properly! He’s amazing!

Excellent treatment Aurora is a very skilled practitioner and has great interpersonal skills. Would strongly recommend it. The treatment was warty mole removal which was executed quickly and near painlessly.

I had 2 moles on my back which I wanted removed for cosmetic reasons. Laura was very professional and explained the procedure and the aftercare service. The consulation was about 1 hour, the actual removal was very quick. Onsite parking and easy to get to. If you are thinking of getting some moles removed, it's a simple, fast and straightforward procedure and I highly recommend LMK.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I’ve been to see Jacqui for various treatments to tackle signs of premature aging, pigmentation, and skin tags. Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending Jacqui to anyone.
