The staff were incredibly professional throughout, and the reception team were particularly outstanding, so helpful and understanding of my situation. They put me completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The level of care and attention was exceptional. I left feeling confident and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Juliah is a miracle worker. From the moment I met her I knew she knew exactly what she was doing!!! I had old lip filler dissolved and my lips look so much more natural I cant beleive it. Also love that my face looks so much fresher and I can't wait to go back for some other bits and get sorted. She is 100% professional and a gorgeous person inside and out.....cant recommend enough . I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.
