Lovely experience from start to end, Amelia at the front desk was warm and welcoming and Margaret who did my treatment was lovely and kind. Overall a fantastic visit. Highly recommend.

I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.

Arrival at the clinic is welcoming and attractive. Sue decided on a facial to suit my needs. My skin is showing signs of stress during an emotional time. She’s a caring and kind person and gave me a range of great treatments. I can’t believe the difference! I’ve been complimented too! I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. She was very efficient to follow up and ensure I knew I had support if I have any questions.
