By coincidence I met Dr Juliah. My face was very blochy and crusty dry patches as it has been for many years. Dr Juliah recommended that I should try Exobalm Cream. At first I was reluctant as I had been to several dermatologists over many years with no positive results but luckily I changed my mind and went to her clinic. After one week the Exobalm Cream had improved my skin so much it was incredible. Four weeks later the skin on my face is still improving and my face no longer has the burning feeling Dr Juliah is very caring and really makes you feel at ease.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mo for many years, he has always listened to me and has made sure I get the best medical. Over the past few years, I finally decided to also look into the cosmetic treatments and well I have been so lucky that when I discussed this with Dr. Mo knowing he has been doing these treatments for years he made sure I get what I was asking for and is right for me and as subtle as possible. I am extremely happy with the care that Dr. Mo and Ellwood Clinic have provided me with over the years perhaps leaving this little review is the least I could do in return.

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.
